Phaonia tuguriorum
or
Phaonia scutellata
?
France : Peyrelevade (19290)
Observed 08/I/2020
Altitude : 791 m
Length : 7-8 mm ?

Hi, this should be P. tuguriorum (first image: palps red at the base and frons wider than on third of head).
