Germany, Baden-Württemberg, district Karlsruhe, Karlsbad-Spielberg, in a garden on the flowers of Hedera helix, found date 29.10. 2020, Callicera spinolae, female? thanks

I have never seen a Callicera yet, but the fly seems to accord with female C. spinolae in having orange-yellow femora and dark hind margins on T2 and T3, see Falk here:
