On 24 October 2020, in the south of France, on the Ivy.
Body: about 3 mm. From head to tip of wings: 4 mm.

After research, I think it is a female
Sycophila biguttata, of the family Eurytomidae.
Can an administrator place this topic in the other insects Hymenoptera?
