Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Halstenbek near Hamburg, found in area of tree nursery, earthwall (overgrown with small bushes like hazel, maple, roses, sloes, brambles), at a leaf of Lonicera sp., length over all: about 6 mm; Photos: kuv, 17th of June 2020. Please help to get more ID

In the Diptera Gallery there is N. brunipes very similar.
