Hello, this fly was found on Aug. 20th in North-Hannover, Germany on a dry and sandy heath area. I think it could be Trixa conspersa.

Yes, it is a Dexiini. Looks like an Estheria to me, but the topcel is open ... ? I need to work on this.

Pity we can't see the antennae, but Trixa conspersa has broad black hind margins on tergites. Moreover, its abdomen is much broader.
This should be Estheria picta.
