It's a female
Syntormon. Not all characters needed for a definite species-level identification are suitably visible.

You can see it is
Syntormon because the inside of the second antennal segment appears to be extending into the third segment. Nice pic!

I was just ready this evening to look for difference between Dolichopus and Syntormon. With your message it is clear.

Today I've got image of Syntormon in the same place as a year ago.
Unfortunely again female.
I collected several females and two male - all S. pallipes.
Could we say that new and old images are of S. pallipes?
We havn't yet this genus in Gallery!

The females certainly look like typical
S. pallipes. If they were taken together with males I don't hesitate to name them
pallipes.
