Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tiny shiny black fly with yellow legs (19.09.20) --> Leiomyza sp. (Asteiidae)

Hello,

unfortunately I only have this very bad photo of the 1.5-2 mm fly near a banana bait (with many Drosophila and Phaonia valida around) at a hornbeam tree in our garden (northwest Germany). Is at least a family ID possible?
