I can't say anything with confidence. The color pattern and apparently closed cell r5 remind me of some members of tribe Minthoini.

Paradidyma has a row of strong bristles along the inner edge of the parafacial, easily confused with bristles on the facial ridge. I can not tell if your fly has them.

Don’t be misled by the thoracic pattern. It occurs outside Minthoini as well, see for instance Minthosoma.
My experience in neotropical Tachinidae is nearly completely absent, so I have no ideas on this one.
