Hello,
Culicidae is hopefully correct.
Length: 5 mm, legs: 15 mm, Found in Schwetzingen

Is Aedes vexans rigth direction ?

This looks more like a Culiseta to me - and the thoracic pattern fits longiareolata. Check if the leading edge of the wing is entirely pale scaled - that would suggest longiareolata as well.
