Hello,
the spined wing margins suggest Heleomyzidae to me (
Suillia?). But I am no expert.

Hmm, it is a male of
Suiliia but I'm not sure because of big costal spines...
I can not also see the ventral hook at the fore first tarsomere :|. Maybe
Suillia pallida? Could you be so kind and check the gonostyli?

Unfortunately was not the fly collected, so i guess we leave it unidentified!

It's a pity :| Did you have a better picture concerning the postabdominal structures? In my opinion, gonostylus is rather curved than finger-like (as in pallida-species group).
