So blasted for me like Anthomyiidae :( I have always much difficulty with them.
This one has large thighs as I have :D
Who can say what is it ?

It is Suillia and I think in this case Andrzej will give you species level (I wonder is it S.gigantea?)

Probably not gigantea :(.
Look like S. tuberiperda (Rondani) if the mesopleuron is haired or S. flgripes/S.setitarsis ;).

Another picture where It is possible to see 2 bristles but difficult to me to say if they are on mesopleuron.

No Edith, it is sternopleuron and strong sternopleural seta. Mesopleuron is above and setae (small hairs) on bleu-marked area (posterior margin of mesopleuron).
