This minute guy was on the lamp last night. 2 to 3 mm long.

It is probably too hazardous to propose a genus given the very poor quality of the photo, but I find that the black spots on the wings correspond well to that of Polypedilum. Is it just a coincidence ?

I would say that the front legs suggest Chironomini, and Polypedilum is the most likely genus.
