The fly looks male to me (?) - if so, then phalerata would be darker at the end of the abdomen. That suggests transversa (or perhaps curvispina) to me.

The shine on abdominal tergites paradoxically somewhat obscures the pattarn. Now I looked better and I agree with djo. D. transversa is more probable choice.
