Superficially like a
Culex modestus in colouration, but note the pointed abdomen in your second picture - this suggests
Aedes, and the colouration matches
Aedes cinereus. (
Aedes geminus is very similar, and has recently been recorded from Finland. You need to examine the male genitalia to separate these two.
