I wouldn't expect a Siphonini to have discals. The shape of vein M reminds me of
Triarthria, but it is not
T. setipennis.

It keys out to Trichactia, which also was my initial thought. The colourationof the abdomen seems different from Central European ones, though. Some work to do.
