Subgenus
Holoclera. In my experience slightle paler specimens most often are
trigemina but I look forward to trying to confirm that under the microscope. ;)

Rhamphomyia (Holoclera) caliginosa, on the top image you can just see the diagnostic long ventral seta on the hind femur.
