Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Possible Tachinid?

This fly was swept from long grass in my garden in south Surrey on 6th July. I thought I could see a well-developed post-scutellum from a posterior view but the RES Handbook has led me round in circles. Any help would be much appreciated!
