According to British Bugs the genus Stenodema is best distinguished by the coarsely and densely pitted pronotum, that doesn't occur in the specimen I shot. It must be another genus I think.

Maybe. It's closer, but I don't find any species resembling mine. In fact most of the photographs in the Internet are of
Leptoterna dolabrata that is clearly different.
Edit: I see you've edited your message changing Leptoterna by Stenodemini. I'll investigate in that direction. Thank you.
