Hello,

this Stratiomyidae was attracted to the light of our moth trap on a clearing in a wood. Could this be Chloromyia speciosa? The wings are rather blackish and the hind tarsi look yellowish - I don't know, if you could call this "strikingly yellow".

Date: 02.07.2020
Location: Germany, Rhineland-Palatinate, Forst a.d. Weinstraße, old quarry at the Pechsteinkopf

With kind regards,
Kathrin
