It looks rather like
Drepanosiphum aceris, but I don't know which other species you may have in Finland!

reuteri... Maybe did you mean
Drepanotrhrips reuteri? (not an Aphid).

Thanks Andrzej for information.
I messed about. We have only one Drepanosiphum, platanoidis. Reuteri's genus is really Drepanotrhrips.|t

Looking at that key (and others), it seems that
aceris is the only species to have the dark apical blotch on the wing.
D. platanoidis is a very different looking species.
