This is the field picture taken before I caught the fly. The fly was feeding on a ripen fruit of a local palm (Arenga engleri).

I disagree with Bengalia.
Just jizz: it looks too peaceful, too feminine for Bengalia.

Catherine the Great was very feminine but not at all peaceful.
But I asked Krzysztof Szpila (at least one of the best expert in Calliphoridae:
Dear Nikita, For me it is
Caiusa sp. (Calliphoridae: Phumosiinae). No chance for
Bengalia.
