Any ideas ?

easy. :)
Calliphoridae > Rhiniinae > Stomorhina lunata.

Any time you doubt between 'fly' or hoverfly, it's:
Stomorhina lunata (Calliphoridae, 'fly')

Thanks Theo and Jorge for the fast responses :)- this really had me confused - front half looked a bit like a deerfly and the rear half like a drone fly :)
