Can you please check if the basicosta, the little thing at base of fore margin of wing, is bare or hairy, as the remainder of the costa ?

I think it is as hairy as the costa.

There is no obvious match in either Burton (Thailand), Schuurmans Stekhoven (Indonesia s.l.) or Ricardo (Oriental), so I can't help you !
