Data: Germany, Lower Saxony, Rodenberg, 70 m, barley field, 13 May 2020.

You can find a list of the known leaf miners of barley in Europe at https://bladminee...e/hordeum/. Your fly is in subfamily Phytomyzinae. The genera of Phytomyinzae in that list are Chromatomyia (= Phytomyza) and Cerodontha.
