Very common fly these days in my garden near Copenhagen, Denmark

May be Hebecnema sp., may be not.

The picture is taken 31. october 2007, the fly was about 8-10 mm.
I only have this one picture of this particular fly.
24. october 2007 I saw another fly in my garden, I think may be the same species.
I put a picture of this one on the thread, knowing the first one not will be identifyed by identifying this.

I'm sorry Ruth it is difficult post for me. Post with good images and interesting flies, but I can't much help.
1. 2-nd fly with curved vein M and long haired eyes isn't the same from first one.
2. I think that 2-nd is male of Hydrotaea.
3. I think that 1-st fly is Hebecnema, with whittish parafascialia it may be H.umbratica.
4. No guarantee in both cases :(
