Diptera.info :: Diptera 3_6_9 Muscidae?

Hello all,
This diptera was collected in the Sierra Nevada near Mammoth Lakes, CA. Could be Muscidae but I'm unsure
Help identifying to the Family level would be greatly appreciated.

I would guess a male
Lispe sp
(Muscidae).
It reminds me of
Lispe tentaculata
.
