H, interesting case as black Chamaepsila are difficult!
I don't quite agree with Cha. atra, the latter must have 4dc whereas here there are obviously 3. Also: Tibia yellow and tarsus yellow but last tarsus dark. Femur black with pale knee. Body bristles brown to black. 3 dorsocentral (dc), many specimens have other dc but always shorter (1/2) than the three posterior ones. Wings hyaline => Chamaepsila nigra (Fallén, 1820)
Although there are other species in this group, Cha. atra and nigra are quite hard to separate, examination of genitalia can remove any doubts.
