Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Muscidae: Polietes lardarius?

Hello!

All flies from yesterday afternoon (very abundant on house walls and bark in the moment), Ostwestfalen/Germany. Are all Polietes lardarius? Rather big, about 12-14 mm.

The alone male is Muscina sp. ;)

Ah... :( How could I have overlooked the reddish scutellum tip?!?
