I think
Metopia -- antenna long, arista bare, eyes large, strong bristles on inner parafacial, anterior reclinate orbital in front of posterior proclinate orbital.

Excellent thought. It is actually the male of M. campestris. It looks like a female, but you can very nicely observe the specialized hairs on front tarsus ( hence: a. male).
