The tarsi do not have prominent silver patches so not
Sciapus platypterus. A few other species have broad wings, some of them with other modifications to tarsi and at least one with plain tarsi.

It seems that right mid tarsus is broken. But left mid tarsus is complete, though out of focus. It has segments 3-4 white and segment 5 black, the characters distiguishing
Sciapus platypterus from close species.
