I found this flies in a subnitrophilic grassland

It is posible to say something about its ID?

It seems that
Trixoscelis ("
Trixoscelia" was a typo) is now widely considered as a family of its own, Trixoscelididae. Fauna europaea and GBIF list this family, and our dear Heleomyzidae expert Andrzej Woznica is of the same opinion (e.g.

It used to be a family, became a subfamily and, depending on whose classification you follow might be a family again. Fauna Europaea is far from state of the art ((classification from the first era it was considered to be a separate family) so no reliable reference. I do not like to be like the weather, so I will not change immediately again and stick to subfamily for now.
