I observed it the 3rd of May in the north of France. I don't find an idea, maybe a Calliphoridae ? maybe a female of
Melinda
?

Suggestion: always overexpose at least one stop at white background.
It will revive your fly.
From what I can see, Melinda seems a good suggestion.
