Northern Germany, Hamburg-Rissen, natural park (ex: gravel pit), bushes, at a leaf of Acer pseudoplatanus, 4th of May 2020, (Photos: kuv). I think it should be Silba fumosa but the yellow leg 3 is irritating me. Please help to get the ID.

Hi Kuv
You are correct - it's not Silba fumosa it has all blck tarsomeres and the antennal flagellomere is longer than in this specimen. I would guess its an Earomyia sp. but always difficult to tell from photos - best to keep the specimen if you can .... Iain

Thank you Iain :),
so it must remain "perhaps Earomyia sp."
