Why not Pegomya ? A1 seems to run to wing margin and, If I see well, 3 post dc.

I think, Stephane, that jizz is more for Fannia than Pegomya, fly looks more soft, more feminine than Pegomya.
As for venation - I can't see anal veins, but subcosta fits Fanniidae.
Still, it is guess only :(
