Yes, Phaonia fuscata.
Currently, you will find the males in the woods, sitting on sun-lit tree trunks 50-100cm above the ground.
I've observed a few of them myself.

Awesome! Thank you both! With this situation I guess I will be outside only at nights and probably only near house, but with higher temperatures now there's much more to find than days before.
