Hi, is the genus correct and can the species be IDed?

Looks like a Bibio -- strong apical spine on fore tibia, r-m and base of Rs about equal length.

? Wing vesntion contradicts hortulanus, as John pointed out. Moreover, the venter is orange but the tergites probably not. Females hortulanus has characteristically darkened wing. This is a clear candidate B. varipes, this the recent thread on this topic ( use “forum search”)
