Could someone help me identifying these Tephritidae? The photo was made in Aldeacentenera, Extremadura, Spain, on 1.04.2020

Terellia longicauda or serratulae (males cannot be IDd with certainty based on photo)

It is suspiciously cyan, like T. longicauda, but has wings w/o brownish shade, like in T. serratulae. The key characters, are. however, the length of female ovipositor and or a few microscopic setulae on female genitalia.
Or at least the host plant.
Otherwise -- no way to tell.
And yep, the banded eye pattern is marvellous and mellow, and is present only in these two terellia species...
