Is this fly a Rhinophorid? If so Phyto or another genus?

The eyes are hairy (?), so my guess would be Macquartia in Tachinidae.
Which do resemble Rhinophoridae often a lot.

The eyes are hairy. I label this Macquartia sp cf.
Macquartia sp seem to extremely variable as far as their shapes go.
