No, definitely not
Phania funesa ... I think it's a tachinid of the tribe Winthemiini or a rhinophorid :)

It's OK Edith - it was an OK guess but
Phania funesta has a very distinctive shiny, black body with weaker bristles; no petiole; and the head is a different shape :)
