Would be very nice to see the head more clearly. But I son't think it is Thelaira because it looks to have a petiole, which would make it more like Eriothrix rufomaculata. But that doesn't look 100% true either (the fly in the photo looks a bit fatter, like a Peleteria) so I might wait for Theo to comment :)
