My former colleague David has some interesting Simulium larvae from the Netherlands which he would like to check using barcoding techniques. If his assumption is right this would be a new species for The Netherlands. Is there anybody who is interested to check his material genetically for free? and preferably on short notice, so he could start writing a short note.
