I found this fly on 26-01-2020 in an area with subnitrophilous vegetation
Valencia, Spain
It is posible to say something about its ID?
Greetings

I'd say
Crossopalpus (Hybotidae)

Well, the first picture shows a large tooth at the apex of the hind tibia, and the second antennal segment has a long bristle beneath - which makes me think I'll stick with
Crossopalpus. :P

Long face and very strong proboscis ->
Chersodromia. The long ventral seta on the pedicel can occur in
Chersodromia, too.

I'm still bothered by the terminal tooth on the hind tibia...
On the other hand, you live in a country which has the collective intelligence to remain in Europe, while we are casting ourselves adrift in search of curved bananas and blue passports. I no longer have confidence in my opinions, and withdraw my suggestion (and my rude emoji).
