It is a species of
Crossopalpus, e genus of very small dance flies belonging to the Hybotidae. The adults are predators, and the larvae are also presumed to be predacious, living terrestrial and maybe in humus-like dead wood. Based on the picture alone it will probably not be possible to identify it to species.

Thanks a lot, especially for details on habits.
Family and genus are quite sufficient at my level of knowledge.
