So Gonia, Spallanzania or should it stay as Unidentified Goniini?
When seeing this nice nice fly, somehow I did not get the Gonia jizz that is why I suggested a close genus.

Nono, Spallanzania it is.
Basicosta are clearly yellow in second pic.
