Thank you very much Juergen,
Is there a possibility to determine the species? Maybe
Syrphus ribesii?

I can't see, if the femora of the hind legs are yellow. Then it would be
S. ribesii.

Hello Juergen,
Unfortunately I don't have any other pictures.
I have the impression that the hind leg femurs are black! So it wouldn't be S. ribesii!

if so, then it would be
S. vitripennis or
torvus, of which I would strongly favorize the last at this time of year.
