Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, forest Klövensteen, at a metallic railing of a bridge for pedestrians, under big oaks and pine trees; length 4,8 mm; 6th of October 2019, Outsidephotos: kuv
Is my idea - after looking in the Diptera Gallery - ok? Please help to get the ID.

Protoclythia modesta seems fine; I'm envious, for I never saw a pair of any species in copula collecting Paltypezidae in hundreds from Kenya to Kazakhstan...
