Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Unknown fly at Puerto de Somiedo (Asturias)

Hi,

I would like to name this fly photographed at Puerto de Somiedo (about 1400m asl), 2019.08.20.
Medium-sized, about 7mm.
Any idea of the family/genus or species?
