Came to light,
size: 3,7 mm.

It is a male fissicorn Siphonini. The only one I can find in the Central European key is Peribaea fissicornis.

Yes, and a second one P. hertingi recently got dexcribed from .... Norway.
I find it pretty impossible to separate the males...
