Hello,

sorry, only photo of this 5 mm fly at night at the light in our garden (northwest Germany).

Rhinophoridae. Small calypters, hairy parafacial, and closed cell r5 are typical of the family, although certainly not unique.

Thanks a lot! I was not sure, if the bend in the M-vein was not too strong for Rhinophoridae.

Wing venation is typical Phyto melanocephala.
