Seen in UK on Hazel in deciduous woodland.

Can it be ID'd from these?

Looks like Lauxaniidae, and if it is the inclinate frontal bristles are only found in a few genera. But I don't know what those genera are in Europe, other than Pachycerina which has larger antennae.
